Smoked haddock and applewood fish cake, poached egg and hollandaise sauce.
Pork belly, black pudding bonbon, crackling, apple compote and jus.
French organic smoked salmon, avocado cream, crab and fennel salad and Champagne vinaigrette.
Goat cheesecake, caramelised apple sauce, red pepper coulis, parsley emulsion (V).
Turkey with all the trimmings.
Slowly cooked beef and onion stew with beer and seasoned with thyme, spiced bread and mustard, mash and fine beans.
Sirloin steak served with mash potato, curly kale, cauliflower puree and pepper.
Salmon served on fondant potato, red pepper coulis, tender stem and lobster sauce.
Polenta, feta, beetroot, roasted butternut squash, spinach port and honey jus (V).
Bayley’s and white chocolate crème brûlée.
Nougat glace served with red fruit coulis.
Warm chocolate brownie, white chocolate ice cream, and crème anglaise.
Sticky toffee pudding, caramel sauce, and vanilla ice cream.

A deposit of £10 per person and a pre order will be required from 6 people onwards
Bookings will only be confirmed once we have received a deposit and a pre order.
A 10% service charge will be added to the total amount of the bill from 6 people onwards.
Every pre order cancelled under 24 hours will still be charged.
